StarTropics II: Zoda's Revenge

StarTropics II: Zoda's Revenge is the sequel to Nintendo's unusual action-adventure game StarTropics and one of the final first-party titles released for the Nintendo Entertainment System. Released in North America in 1994, it arrived at a time when the Super Nintendo was already firmly established, yet Nintendo continued to support its older 8-bit console with a surprisingly ambitious adventure. The game brings back Mike Jones and many of the ideas from the original, but changes the setting dramatically by sending the young adventurer on a journey through different periods of history.

The story begins after the events of the first StarTropics. Mike Jones has returned home following his previous adventure, but his quiet life does not last very long. A mysterious message connected to his earlier encounter with the Argonians leads Mike and his uncle toward a strange discovery. Before long, Mike is transported through time and becomes involved in a new mission involving powerful objects known as Tetrads and the continuing threat connected to Zoda
